CHARTS FOR FOREIGN EXCHANGE: TYPES AND PURPOSE

Introduction-

The foreign exchange, sometimes known as FX, is a global foreign exchange market where currencies from different countries are exchanged. The Forex view, or foreign exchange charts, will be covered in this post along with its different varieties and functions. A graphical representation of the price difference or the high and low of the price of two distinct currencies of two countries over time is a foreign exchange chart. These charts are produced by technical analysts.

Types and the forex market's use of each

Line charts are the original and most traditional type of graphical representation for trends and pricing. In the field of foreign currency, a line chart is the most common, simplest, and least informative method of displaying the price. They display one open dot and one closing dot joined by a line that spans a significant amount of time to indicate each time parameter. The closing line is particularly visible on the line chart. This chart is used by traders to precisely follow the trend.

•Bar charts: after the bar graph, this type of graphical representation was first established. Compared to a line chart, this style is more sophisticated and insightful. It was created by US economists. Four types of graphics—high, low, open, and close—are displayed in a bar chart. A bar is used to depict any trading interval. The opening of the trade is shown as a dash on the left side, and the closing of the transaction is shown as a dash on the right side, when the bars reflect the high and low prices.

•Candlestick charts: A Japanese trading analyst popularized them. This was created to more precisely track price highs and lows. Black or red on the candlestick indicates that the opening price was lower than the closing price, while white or green indicates that the opening price was lower than the closing price. The opening and closing prices of the trend are shown at the top and bottom of the display, respectively.

Conclusion-

These are the most well-liked and current forex charts, to sum up.
